Service Agreement
By registering with the GoldenCAN™ programs, you (“Member”)
agree to the following terms of use:
Use of site and services:
GoldenCAN™ programs are completely free to join and utilize by any personal
or commercial site. You are authorized to utilize these services provided you retain
all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials.
Links to third party websites:
GoldenCAN™ will provide content of third party providers (“Merchants”) as
a service to their members. GoldenCAN™ is not liable for the content or activity
of any third party sites.
Shared link program:
Every 4th Click™ driven through the store will contain the associate or affiliate
ID of The GoldenCAN™ in lieu of the default used associate or affiliate ID.
Limitation of liability:
GoldenCAN™ does not support, endorse, verify, or condone the content of websites
that utilize the program. GoldenCAN does not hold accountability for any activity
relating to a user site. GoldenCAN™ will not be liable for any damages including
but not limited to damages arising from the use, or misuse, of the information presented
in the site.
Accountability:
As a registered user of GoldenCAN™, you will be accountable for any illegal
activity on your site, including but not limited to plagiarism, copyright infringement,
and other acts deemed illegal by appropriate governing bodies. GoldenCAN™
assumes no liability for your site activity, and registration with the program does
not endorse illegal activities.
Third party affiliate programs:
GoldenCAN™ does not define the parameters of your affiliation with any merchants
now or in the future. You will be liable to the terms and conditions of any individual
partnership contained therein. GoldenCAN™ does not assume liability for breach
of terms and conditions for any third party.
Privacy:
GoldenCAN™ may share information with third party affiliate program managers,
solely based on the discretion of the program manager involved with your program.

Suspension of account:
GoldenCAN™ reserves the right to suspend a user account without notice for
any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, code hacks, code
modification or misuse of our program.
Availability of service:
GoldenCAN™ does not guarantee service, and does not assume liability in the
event of damages resulting in but not limited to network or site outages.
GoldenCAN™ reserves the rights to change the content and terms and conditions
of our program, at any time, by updating this page. The terms contained are binding,
and it is advisable to read these terms periodically, to ensure your compliance
with our program.
