Question:   Can I use GetData, GetRSS or GetXML to populate my own database?

Answer:   No, you are not allowed to make automated calls to GoldenCAN in order to get the data from the GoldenCAN and populate your own database.

GoldenCAN GetData, GetXML and GetRSS features can only be used to display the data directly to the users on your website. Any attempt of making automated or excessive calls to GoldenCAN can results in store inactivation or account termination.
