If I see that I am getting traffic from some user that I have removed from my affiliate program, what should I do?
Answer:
If you have removed an affiliate from your affiliate program and that affiliate is still using GoldenCAN Data Feed Integration to display your products on the affiliate site, you will still be getting the traffic but you are not actually paying any commission for the sales referred by that affiliate.
If you would like to remove an affiliate from our system and you don’t want them to be displaying your products on their site. Simply drop us an email and we will remove that user from your program.
